The successful candidate will have the ability to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5 Geography. The post would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about their subject and has a real interest in developing young people. They will demonstrate an approachable manner, a keen eye for detail and the ability to motivate and manage the behaviour of students. The successful candidate will have the highest expectations of our students and will be keen to develop their practice. The Carlton Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region.
