Summary
Conducting thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and determining the extent of damage. Recording and preparing estimates for furnishing to insurers and customers. Using industry specific software to prepare and submit estimates to insurers. Assisting in the coordination of the repair process to ensure timely and effcient service delivery. Liasing with technicians to ensure correct methods and best practices. Liaising with insurers and their engineers in respect of repairs.
