Summary
Hours: 7.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 3:15pm – 4:45pm)
Contract: Term Time Only – 38 Weeks per Year
Additional Work: Deep cleaning during school holidays
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Afternoon School Cleaner to join our friendly team. This essential role helps ensure our school remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Main Duties Include:
Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
Emptying bins and replacing liners
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting as required
Assisting with deep cleaning tasks during holiday periods
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Prior cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided
Please Note: This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
