Job Overview:
At Carlsberg Britvic, we're seeking a dynamic and committed Drive Site Operator to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing the flow of goods, minimizing negative impacts on site output/input capability, and maintaining efficiency to maximize customer service delivery. You'll contribute to a safe, structured, and flexible working environment while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment Statutory standards and Site policies
Carry out picking, loading, and receipt of finished goods
Maintain required standards, hygiene, and housekeeping in operational areas
Commit to personal development in accordance with the functional skills framework
Monitor and report Health & Safety issues, promoting a professional team culture
Actively engage in continuous improvement activities and effective use of Drive Site systems
Ensure Vehicle Turn Around Time on Site targets are met and exceeded
Undertake required workplace transport pre-shift and/or safety inspections
Operate the shunt (training may be provided for the right candidate)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Valid counterbalance FLT license
Practical experience in drive site/warehouse operational organization
Experience working within a strategic, target-driven manufacturing warehouse environment measured by robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Shift Pattern:
This role operates on a rotational shift basis and includes both day and night shifts as follows:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
