We are currently recruiting for an Asset Management Officer.

The overall purpose of the Asset Management Officer role is to manage an effective asset management system to maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy within the asset management system. The role will directly support the Asset Data Manager and the wider asset data team.

We are looking for someone who can support the WHQS data submission to ensure compliance, adapt the asset management system (Lifespan) to hold new data as legislation and guidance changes, i.e. WHQS, RdSAP, PAS2035 and conduct full scale asset reviews.

As part of the role you will be required to track and monitor severe HHSRS assessments to ensure timely completion of remedial work and its reflection in the asset management system, develop processes to accurately capture and record WHQS elements within the asset management system and establish procedures for sharing asset data with relevant teams to inform repair and investment projects.
