Summary
The Telemarketing Company is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for passionate, confident individuals to join our telemarketing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for students or individuals seeking extra hours in the evenings and on Saturdays, with the possibility of overtime during certain months.

Key Details:
• Casual Contract (Temporary project from June - September)
• Hours: Monday to Friday: 12pm to 8pm
• Saturday: 1 Saturday every 3 weeks
• Start Date: 16th June 2025
• Salary: £12.60
Training:
• Mandatory: 2 weeks of classroom training from 10am to 4pm
• Location: Office-based in Central Brighton (East Sussex)

Your Role:
• Handle inbound customer queries
• Respond to customer complaints via phone
• Accurately enter and update customer data
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving concerns with manager support when needed
• Stay informed about products and services, ensuring up-to-date knowledge
• Previous call centre experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong communication skills from any background
The Ideal Candidate:
• A professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A-levels or higher academic qualifications
• Previous telesales experience is advantageous
• Reliable and able to fulfill the agreed hours
