Were hiring Production Operatives on behalf of our client - a highly respected, family-run international food producer located in Thorganby. This is your chance to join a welcoming team supplying high-quality frozen vegetables to major global food brands, all while supporting over 60 local UK farms.
What Youll Be Doing: Operating machinery (full training provided) Inspecting the quality of fresh produce including peas, carrots, parsnips, and beetroot Rotating stock and stacking products (weights between 10kg and 20kg) Using PPTs to move pallets and stock Progressing to machine operation roles as skills develop Pay & Benefits: Starting rate: £12.52 per hour Night shift allowance: Extra £1 per hour Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours Paid breaks Potential for seasonal bonuses Pay increases with training and experience Hours of Work:
Peak Season (June - September): 4 days (6am-6pm), 2 days off 4 nights (6pm-6am), 2 days off (rotating schedule) Off-Peak Season:
Choose between: Rotating shift: 6am-2pm (Week 1) / 2pm-10pm (Week 2) Static night shift: 6pm-6am No Experience? No Problem!
