Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and telephone enquiries
• Managing general office tasks including emails, letters, and school communications
• Supporting with pupil data management and maintaining accurate school records
• Processing orders, invoices, and supporting the school’s financial administration
• Administering first aid and medication to pupils in line with school policies
• Maintaining first aid supplies and medical records
• Supporting staff and SLT with general admin tasks as needed
• Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding practices at all times
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong administrative and organisational skills
• Is confident using ICT systems such as Microsoft Office and school databases (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a First Aid qualification
• Is calm, caring, and confident in administering first aid and medication to children
• Can manage multiple tasks and respond positively in a busy school environment
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships with staff, pupils, and families
