Summary

Inspirational Events and Investments Ltd are looking for a Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at the Lauriston Hotel, working 36 hours per week.

Day to day of the role

  • To assist the General Manager with day-to-day operational supervision with the running of the hotel to help deliver the Hotel's performance outcomes in accordance with agreed plans.

  • Assist the General Manager to co-produce hotel facilities and standards of service that best meet the needs of people who are blind or partially sighted.

  • Deliver all aspects of customer satisfaction performance criteria as agreed with General Manager.

  • Achieve revenues to agreed targets.

Required skills and qualifications

  • High levels of customer service.

  • 3* Hotel experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to control and work with a team.
