Summary
Are you passionate about customer service and ready to be the welcoming face for travellers from around the world? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our Hospitality team at Liverpool Airport.
This role requires a DBS.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting passengers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Clearing tables
- Doing pot wash
- Working on the bar
- Ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient customer experience
- Working in the Airport lounges
- Responding calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A professional, approachable manner and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Previous customer service experience (airport or hospitality a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
