Contract: Term Time + 5 days - Permanent Position
Salary: Grade F point 17-23
Actual Salary: £25,740.42 - £28,571.35
The Headteacher and Governors of Pikes Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly effective TA4
to join our team from September 2025. This is a permanent position for 37 hours per week.
Successful applicants will;
- Be committed to safeguarding children and families
- Support teaching and learning in the classroom
- Cover PPA and cover whole class for teacher absence
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups to help them achieve their full potential
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources
- Promote the school’s ethos and values, acting as a role model for pupils
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
