Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Team Welfare Coordinator. Are you people focused and passionate about enhancing the social and cultural environment for our live-on team? As a Team Welfare Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our live-on team members have an exceptional experience from their very first day with us. You will be integral in supporting their welfare, wellbeing, safeguarding, and safety, as well as maintaining high standards of team accommodation throughout their seasonal stay at the park. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Manage team accommodation allocations, standards, and maintenance.
- Support inductions, welfare, and cultural integration while promoting Haven values.
- Handling administrative tasks such as live-on agreements, DBS checks, and payroll.
- Support the Parks cultural calendar and activities to foster team spirit.
- Conduct routine checks, managing inventories, and overseeing the exit process.
- Address welfare concerns, engaging stakeholders, and escalating incidents when necessary.
- Support the park during peak season and maintaining community links outside of park season.

Requirements 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Previous experience in a welfare/team support/warden role (desirable)
- Mental Health First Aid qualified, or equivalent (desirable)
- Understanding of welfare, wellbeing, safeguarding practices and People Policies.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and legislation
- Advanced IT knowledge
