20 hours per week (Term-time only) Salary from £11,748

27.5 hours per week (Term-time only) Salary from £16,153

The Collective Community Trust is a newly formed Trust responsible for seven primary schools. As a central team we are committed to providing high quality support services to support the schools in the Trust.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant (Pupil Support) to join our team of caring, committed team of professionals. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individuals to join our school team, based at Ribble Drive Primary School, Whitefield. Our aim is to ensure that Ribble Drive is a happy, safe, attractive and motivating environment where everyone can fulfill their full potential. Our school motto is “Be the Best You Can Be.”

Please Note: This position may offer the opportunity for additional working hours for the successful candidate within our before and after school care provision. If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly indicate your interest in your job application.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience of working in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
  • Experience of working with ASD, ADHD and learning/emotional difficulties
  • Experience of working 1:1 with pupils and in small groups, meeting their needs
  • Experience of liaising with class teachers and other agencies
  • Experience of specific interventions matched to the needs of the pupil(s)
  • A strong team work ethos and a nurturing approach
  • A desire to be flexible and proactive
  • A real passion for children and supporting their learning
