Basic Salary: up to £30,000 + Bonus
Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday, no weekends
Location: Swindon
New vacancy for a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy accident repair centre. The Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor will also be eligible to earn a bonus on top of their basic wage.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the main purpose of the role is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities of a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor:
• Front of house working on reception and will be responsible from initial contact to estimate, repair, handover and aftercare.
• Provide excellent customer service, and managing the repair process from start to finish.
• Provide regular progress reports on repair work, via telephone, email, and our management system.
• Duties include answering the phone, preparing job cards/files, and liaising with all departments, customers and work providers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate allocation of courtesy cars and drivers.
• Updating our management system.
• Take payments & facilitate the handover process.
Skills and Qualifications of a Front of House / CSA / Customer Service Advisor:
• Experience of working in a modern accident repair centre / bodyshop is desirable
• Experience using Autoflow is desirable
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Good IT skills
• Experience of cash and credit control
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
