Summary
To work collaboratively with the medical education, lead to ensure all opportunities for multi-professional developments are maximised Ensure that there is a high-quality provision of non-medical education within the trust. To promote high quality clinical learning environment. To share good practice across the profession, in relation to the development of the clinical learning environment. Ensure standards and objectives of educational contracts are met. Provide leadership and act as a role model to nursing including advice on professional nursing issues at both local and national levels.Providing direction guided by national regulatory framework. Lead and manage appropriate projects relating to the provision of education aiming to enhance clinical practice and patient care. Lead and encourage multi-disciplinary collaborative working dealing with resistance to change in a positive and productive way. Act as an effective role model for the profession, develop own credibility, through demonstrating of consistent high standard of nursing care. Lead, manage, motivate and develop staff to ensure staff has high levels of morale.
