Summary
See attached job description Work with clinical and non-clinical staff to improve the patient and staff experience in the service by reducing the waiting times and overbooking of the clinic. Communicate complex information to patients regarding diabetes in pregnancy to ensure that they understand the impact on pregnancy Communicate effectively with staff involved in the antenatal clinic and diabetes service. Provide midwifery support to for the diabetes in pregnancy service Be responsible for identifying and explaining the GDm-Health app to eligible women ensuring that use is monitored using the dashboard in the virtual setting. Organise follow up visits and triaging the women who are on-boarded onto the GDM-health app
