About the role:As an Intensive Care Matron, you will provide and strengthen clinical leadership within defined areas by acting as a positive role model, who practices evidence-based care to ensure high standards of clinical care. You will ensure safe, effective and high-quality care is consistently delivered with the ICU and take responsibility for the management of all staff within the department.
