Summary

Please see the attached job description and person specification This role is responsible for effective leadership, co-ordination and operational management of a SBU of SBUs across DCSS. This role will be responsible for leading on strategic and redesign projects together with the Lead Clinicians (medical and non-medical) for the SBU. The role with deputise for the DCCS triumvirate as requested. The role pulls together all areas of Outpatients including the nurse service. The role expands into other Diagnostic Services that are considered front line access services. The other key aspect is that this role is the Lead in delivering a comprehensive transformation strategy across all aspects of Outpatient Services both at RSFT and in the Community. The post holder will also form part of the Senior Divisional Management Team reviewing the Diagnostic strategy for the Division.
