That is why we are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work from Early Years to KS2 to support, on a 1:1 basis with a variety of children including pupils with complex physical and medical needs or SEMH needs which may include working with a child with autism.

They should be fully committed to all aspects of safeguarding and willing to learn about the specific needs of the child they are working with.
