Are you a passionate and creative SEND Teacher looking to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people with autism? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to join an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" SEN school supporting children and young adults aged 3 to 19 with autism and additional needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging, person-centred lessons to small class groups (up to 8 learners)

  • Supporting children with varied needs across pre-formal, semi-formal, and formal learning pathways

  • Collaborating with allied health professionals as part of a trans-disciplinary team

  • Contributing to high-quality teaching, planning, assessment, and classroom leadership

  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

  • Experience or a strong interest in working with learners with autism and complex needs

  • A compassionate and adaptable teaching style

  • Commitment to promoting inclusivity and high-quality outcomes
