We are looking for warm, positive and respectful individuals who are committed to providing person centred support to individuals in Swinton, Salford. As a member of our team, you will support people with a physical disability, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives.

Your role will include:

• Providing practical and emotional support to people with physical disabilities and complex health needs
• Developing the independence of service users by supporting them to access the community
• Working effectively as part of a team and working on your own initiative
