Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to empower end users in the use of IT systems, be that via day-to-day training on Clinical and Admin systems, or via the implementation of project workstreams such as system upgrades and new system rollouts.

Key responsibilities include:
• Deliver a range of training to meet the needs of customers, including new starters and existing end users involved in new projects/systems.
• Ability to deliver training in a variety of formats, i.e., virtual, formal classroom, 1-2-1 tutor led, small group, and demonstration sessions
• Creation of system specific training packages and supporting materials, e.g., creation and upkeeps of lesson plans, quick reference guides and eLearning.
• Administration requirements of the team in booking training, dealing with queries, and providing advice and guidance around system functionality.
