You will work closely with each individual to:Assess needs and develop personalised support plansPromote independencethrough life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgetingFollow and contribute to risk assessments and management plansSupport aspirations and help individuals achieve their goalsYou’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values collaboration and compassion. About you:We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, who brings a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive.You will also need to:Communicate effectively and adapt to different needs and preferencesBe flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidaysWork well as part of a team and independentlyBe committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred careHold a full UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle for work as well as Business InsuranceWe will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
