Job Overview:
G R Employment Ltd is looking for a qualified Counterbalance/Reach Forklift Driver. This position is for an immediate start in the Wellingborough NN9 5DB area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leaders in dried fruits, nuts, and seeds, the company has been Manufacturing for over 100 years here in the UK and providing healthy, nutritious snacks.
Shift Available - Weekend Shift
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (12-hour shift)
Hourly Rate: £12.89 per hour
Overtime Rate: £19.35 per hour (After 40 hours)
Job responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities include operating a forklift and picking, loading, and unloading vehicles. You will use a truck with an RF scanner to pick and transfer stock to its designated product location. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing general warehouse tasks. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Most importantly, you should be able to work effectively as part of a team.
You will need to have a valid Counterbalance licence (ideally a Reach license)
Preferred basic experience with forklift trucks.
Food Hygiene and Health and safety training will be given when required
