Freight Forwarding Sales Executive
Tilbury | £30,000 – £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£60k+ OTE)

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in freight forwarding or logistics? We’re seeking a Sales Executive to join a fast-growing freight forwarding company based in Tilbury, with a strong reputation for service excellence across sea, air, and road.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and earn uncapped commission while helping businesses move goods around the globe.
What you’ll be doing:
Proactively source and develop new B2B clients in need of freight forwarding solutions
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across various sectors
Sell tailored logistics solutions including sea, air, and road freight
Work closely with operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Keep accurate records in the CRM and provide regular activity reports
What we’re looking for:
Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
Strong understanding of shipping processes and documentation
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-focused, and resilient
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams
What’s on offer:
£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
Uncapped commission with realistic £60k+ OTE
Car allowance or company car
Supportive team culture with clear progression routes
Monday–Friday working hours
