We're looking for a skilled Workshop Supervisor / Commercial Workshop Manager / Workshop Manager to join our team in Shepshed. You'll lead daily workshop operations, help drive performance, and support both technicians and management in maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities for Workshop Supervisor / Commercial Workshop Manager / Workshop Manager:

• Support efficient job scheduling and help prioritise repairs based on workload and business needs
• Work with management to identify cost-effective repair methods to reduce trailer downtime
• Oversee inspections, repairs, and servicing in line with safety standards and company guidelines
• Maintain workshop systems, processes, and stock levels
• Promote and enforce safe working practices and clean workshop standards
• Assist with holiday planning, workshop loading, and overtime management
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation across all tasks
• Highlight commercial opportunities and warranty cases to management
• Deliver strong customer service and uphold company values

What We're Looking For in Workshop Supervisor / Commercial Workshop Manager / Workshop Manager:

• Qualified technician with City & Guilds Level 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent) or "time served" experience
• Strong background in HGV/trailer repair
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Organised, motivated and confident with task prioritisation
• Professional and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• IT literate and capable of handling admin and workshop systems
