We're recruiting for a dynamic Executive Chef to bring energy, creativity, and operational excellence to our kitchens across the resort. As a motivational people manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You will:

* Inspire and lead a talented team

* Shape a culture of innovation, pride, and collaboration

* Design standout menus to ensure seamless daily operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes in the power of teamwork across the Food & Beverage leadership team.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong experience as an Executive or Head Chef
* Passion for food, people, and delivering exceptional experiences
* Flexible schedule with availability evenings, weekends, and festive periods
* Own reliable transport
* 40-hour week contract, with time to lead, innovate, and inspire.
