Summary
A Part-time Nanny is needed by this wonderful family based in Watford, Hertfordshire to help them in looking after their precious baby and school-aged child. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. The role includes all general childcare duties, including preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs. The candidate must be comfortable around a small, allergy-friendly dog in the home.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, approximately 16 hours per week
Duties include:
Assisting with nappy changes and bottle preparation for the infant
Bathing and maintaining hygiene for all children
Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met
Engaging in interactive play, educational activities, and outings like trips to the park
Promoting early literacy through reading and storytelling
Establishing consistent routines to support healthy habits and structure
Keeping bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
The family is seeking someone who can start on the 9th of June 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
