As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes, making each day safer, easier, and more enjoyable.
Your responsibilities will include
Delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Assisting with personal care, medication, meals, and light housekeeping.
Supporting customers’ social, physical, and mental well-being.
Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour.
Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to the profession. What matters most is your dedication and compassion.
Essential:
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship).
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Class 1 business insurance (or willingness to obtain).
A caring, reliable, and respectful nature.
Willingness to undertake full training.
What You’ll Get
£14.00 per hour.
Paid travel time at £12.21/hr.
Mileage allowance of 35p per mile.
Full training provided, ensuring you are well-equipped to deliver excellent care.
