Boston College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Assessor to join our established and dynamic assessment team. A multi-skilled apprenticeship assessor for Business Operations and Data Analysis will typically oversee apprenticeships across multiple disciplines, ensuring learners meet the required standards. This role involves delivering tailored training and assessments, both remotely and in person, and supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide feedback and support to apprentices, helping them meet their learning objectives throughout their learning journey.
• Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions, either remotely or in person
• Conduct regular tripartite reviews to evaluate apprentices' progress against the apprenticeship standards.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessment outcomes.
• Ensure assessments align with established standards and participate in standardisation activities.
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD): Stay updated with industry trends and maintain relevant qualifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33).
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and assessment processes.
• Experience in business-related apprenticeships including data analysis (Excel, SQL, Python), project management, leadership and management.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
