Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Advisor
Location: Rotherham (Swinton, S63 5NA postcode)
Salary: £34,270 OTE (£25,480 base + uncapped commission)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, On-Site
Overview:
We’re on the lookout for driven individuals to join our Rotherham-based customer engagement team. As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you'll support inbound inquiries, upsell tailored solutions, and play a key role in our business growth.
Key Duties:
Handle customer calls regarding contracts, upgrades, and service queries
Recommend relevant services and products confidently
Hit and exceed KPIs in both customer satisfaction and sales performance
Use multiple systems and tools effectively during interactions
Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional approach
Requirements:
Customer service or sales experience preferred (not essential)
Excellent spoken communication and listening skills
Computer literacy and ability to multitask
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Target-driven with a hunger for success

Fixed 40-hour weekly schedule (5x8hr shifts, including weekends)
