We're looking for a Field Manager who thrives on challenges, rolls up their sleeves, and takes pride in delivering exceptional industrial cleaning projects across the UK.
About Us:
We’re a leading specialist industrial hygiene contractor, operating nationwide, tackling the specialist projects. From sensitive sites to high-level access and confined spaces, our work is physically demanding, highly technical, and incredibly rewarding.
The Role:
As a Field Manager, you won’t be sitting in an office – you’ll be at the heart of the action. You'll lead on-site teams, take part in the delivery of complex cleaning operations, and ensure that every job is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be problem-solving on the go, adapting to unique environments, and setting the pace for your crew.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Commanding and working alongside your team on specialist cleaning projects
- Operating at height, in confined spaces, and on sensitive or secure sites
- Thinking on your feet to overcome technical and logistical challenges
- Ensuring health & safety is always front and centre
- Driving high standards, morale, and team performance through hands-on leadership
- Communicating with clients and reporting progress clearly and confidently
What We’re Looking For:
- A fit and capable leader who leads by example, not by clipboard
- A “can-do” attitude with the resilience to take on tough environments
- Experience in industrial or specialist cleaning (or a transferable industry like construction or maintenance)
- Comfortable with travel and overnight stays across the UK
- Health & Safety aware, ideally with relevant qualifications (e.g. CSCS, IPAF, PASMA, - Confined Space, Working at Height)
