Summary

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in developing a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, promotional assets, and branded content. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling designs that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media graphics, presentations, banners, email campaigns, packaging, and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints.

Translate marketing objectives into clear, visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message.

Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure all content adheres to brand standards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation to our visual communications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print formats.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, polished design.

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional design tools such as InDesign, Figma, or Canva.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Familiarity with social media platforms and designing for various digital formats.
