We work with British and European governments, schools, and institutions to design and deliver transformative learning experiences.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about international education, youth
development, and project delivery. You will help coordinate and deliver educational mobility programmes, taking projects from consultation through to implementation while reporting to your manager. The position is based in Portsmouth, with frequent travel across the UK (particularly to London) and abroad to support project delivery - all travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities

 Support colleagues in managing international mobility projects under the Turing Scheme and Erasmus+.
 Work with British schools to define objectives, timelines, and activities (online and in-person).
 Find and coordinate with international partner schools to receive UK student groups.
 Plan logistics: flights, accommodation, transport, and activities.
 Organise cultural and educational activities with local partners.
 Deliver presentations and attend meetings/events to promote future opportunities.
 Create outreach materials, proposals, and marketing content.
 Attend events, conferences, and school visits across the UK.
 Track project progress, documentation, and reporting requirements.
 Collaborate with internal teams and support other projects.
 Communicate clearly with stakeholders, adapting to changes as needed.

Person Specification

Essential

 Excellent written and spoken English.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 High attention to detail and time management.
 Comfortable managing multiple projects under pressure.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva familiarity is a plus.
 Organised, proactive, and a strong team player.
 Willing to travel in the UK and abroad; flexible for occasional evenings/weekends.

Desirable

 Experience as a participant in Erasmus+, Turing Scheme, or youth exchanges.
 Academic background in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
 Working knowledge of a European language (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, or German) is an advantage.
 Experience in public speaking or presentations.
 Genuine interest in international education and social impact.
