Summary
Job Overview
Fitzwilliam Hotel requires a Night Porter / Security Guard for Thursday-Sunday Evenings from 10pm till 8am.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs upon arrival and departure.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe transport to and from guest rooms.
Preparation of Bars and Function Room for the following days activities
Monitor the condition of facilities and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Be aware of all security aspects.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality, demonstrating a commitment to excellent guest services.
Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
