This position is an exciting opportunity to work in a key role in the delivery of our partnership programme with Affinity Water.
The South of England has been designated as areas of ‘Severe Water Stress’ by the UK Government and, as such, it is vital that we use water more wisely and learn to save water for future generations.
Working in partnership with Affinity Water, we offer Home Water Efficiency Checks to customers in the Affinity Water regions. These visits consist of attending customer homes, giving advice on water saving and offering to supply and fit free water saving devices.
You will need appropriate qualifications such as Domestic Energy Assessor or similar and/or relevant experience together with basic plumbing or handyman skills. You’ll need to be customer focussed, target driven and provide excellent customer service.
A full valid driving licence is essential.
For key requirements of the role please see the personal specification attached to the Job Description on our website.

In return we offer you:

• A competitive salary
• Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum plus public holidays
• Health Cash Plan and 24 hour Healthline
• Employee Assistance Programme - including mental health helpline and face to face counselling.
• Salary sacrifice schemes including cycle to work and pension contributions
• Family friendly policies to support work/life balance with time off in lieu for out of hours activities
• Business travel expenses

We are a creative, committed, and enthusiastic organisation with a great track record of project development, fundraising and delivery, so there are always opportunities to grow and develop your role within our friendly team.

For key requirements of the role please see the personal specification attached to the Job Description on our website.
