Summary
What Youll Do: Provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with complex behaviours in a supported living environment. Support individuals in managing and reducing challenging behaviours through positive, person-centred approaches. Maintain accurate records and incident reports to ensure quality care and continuity of support. Assist with personal care tasks when necessary, with a focus on respect, dignity, and privacy. Work closely with the individual, their family, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in your care.
