To act as an effective role model in the clinical resuscitation situation and act as an expert resource to the Trusts staff To ensure, when required, all patients receive optimal quality resuscitation To ensure resuscitation equipment is in an appropriate state of readiness To facilitate appropriate resuscitation training according to the Trusts resuscitation policies Be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team contributing to Quality Improvement projects and development of junior staff
