Summary
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Community Nursing Team. You will support the Community Nursing service to deliver care to people in their own homes byproviding administrative support to the team. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for further career development
• Providing administrative supportfor the Community Nursingteams.
• Maintain effective communication across the service and deal in a professional, helpful, and sensitive manner with patients, carers, staff and other agencies by telephone and face to face.
• Assistin the efficient andaccuraterecording of data on all required electronic systems including the Trust system RIO.
• Ordering andmaintainingstocks of nursing supplies, stationary, equipment and resources for the team via the Trusts procurement systems.
• Type confidential correspondence,reportsand other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales
• Attend meetings where the information may be complex and sensitive,takingand transcribing minutes at Community Nursingmeetings andforums
