Summary

An established insurance brokerage in Evesham, Worcestershire, is looking for a personable and experienced Account Executive to take over a portfolio of commercial clients, with an income of circa £150,000. This is a predominantly office-based role, ideal for either an experienced Account Executive or a Commercial Account Handler/Manager (minimum three years' experience) looking to make the step up.

The portfolio includes general commercial, motor trade, fleet, and a strong haulage presence. You'll work closely with an experienced Account Handler to manage and grow the account, with a long-term view of building it to around £350,000 in income. There’s a realistic monthly income growth target of £2,500, often achieved through referrals and networking.

This is a relationship-led role for someone who enjoys getting to know their clients, managing their own diary, and being out and about locally. You'll need to be confident, well-organised, and proactive, with a good understanding of commercial risks. A full driving licence and own transport are essential.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, commission structure, and a strong benefits package including 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance (3x salary), generous sick pay and income protection, a pension scheme (5% employer contribution rising to 10% after 2 years), and access to a group PMI scheme.

If you’re looking for a long-term role in a supportive and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.
