Summary
Heritage Healthcare Wandsworth is seeking caring, reliable individuals to join our team as Home Carers, providing both live-in and visiting support to people in their own homes.
We’re looking for people who are not only kind and dependable but also great communicators who enjoy conversation and building real relationships with those they care for.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care, including showering and continence care.
• Assisting with cleaning, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Following care plans and reporting changes or concerns.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, compassionate individuals with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with all aspects of personal and practical care.
• Experience is necessary but not essential as full training is provided.
• A current up to date DBS is desirable.
