• Helping clients live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes
• Following personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence support
• Assisting with medication management
• Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, preparing meals, and light housework
