Summary

Operations Digital Support Technician Apprentice

Are you Beyond Housing’s next apprentice? As an Operations Digital Support Technician Apprentice, you’ll be learning how to provide top class ICT support, while delivering awesome customer service to colleagues who use the ICT systems and services here at Beyond Housing.

This role offers an excellent chance to explore various aspects of ICT and digital across our diverse business environment. You'll take part in all sorts of tasks, including:  

Responding to ICT incidents, problems and service requests  
Taking calls, logging ICT support requests and providing resolutions  
Assisting with ICT and Business Systems Development projects
Attending meetings and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
You'll also handle, and process information related to the tasks above, communicate directly with colleagues in-person or over the phone, and utilise information systems—all while upholding colleague confidentiality at all times. As an Operations Digital Support Technician Apprentice, you will get an incredible all-round ICT and Digital experience in this team, and they will have your back every step of the way.

You will complete a Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard which includes an end point assessment.

If your application is shortlisted, you'll be invited to attend one of our interactive apprentice assessment days. These events are a vital step in the selection process, offering you the chance to showcase your skills and potential.

Redcar Event: Tuesday 15 July 2025

You’ll be able to choose between a morning or afternoon session, but attendance at one of these events is required for consideration.
