We’re looking for passionate Digital Project Managers who can hit the ground running and be responsible for end-to-end delivery in a demanding and exciting digital environment.

Our Tech Services directorate has multiple exciting opportunities for skilled Digital Project Managers. If you have experience leading infrastructure or workplace technology projects, we want to hear from you.

A select number of roles are also available in our software delivery teams, ideal for those with a passion for agile digital transformation and user-centred design.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will:

Take ownership of full projects or parts of large scale programmes, ensuring delivery was to agreed parameters of quality, time and cost, ensuring appropriate governance is followed. For example, plans, risks, issues and dependencies with effective escalation where necessary, owning them until they are resolved.

Track and manage project progress and budget, providing helpful and accurate reporting to more senior project managers and/or governance boards. Actively managing change and governance for your projects, taking all cross-project impacts into account.

Manage team dynamics, encouraging collaboration and shared ownership throughout the team. Deal with conflict and help establish a positive team culture.

Build and manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and suppliers, proactively identifying risks and issues and managing these.

Communicate consistently across internal and external stakeholders, tailoring messages to ensure that it is right for the audience and consistent with broader project/digital messaging.

Take responsibility for your own learning and development, continuously improving knowledge and skills in principles, methods, and tools as well as coaching and mentor Associates, identifying improvements in ways of working where appropriate.
