ensuring our customers are at the heart of care delivery
supporting with personal care (e.g. oral care, continence care, managing appearance)
meal preparation
general housekeeping
medication administration
mobility assistance
Summary
As a Home Care Assistant (Drivers only), and Live in carer, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role involves implementing care plans and assisting with daily activities, utilizing your core skills in home care and communication. Your premium driving skills will be vital for commuting to our customers homes. Additionally, your proficiency in English and IT will enhance your ability to document care effectively and maintain clear communication with both clients and team members. We have few vacancies around Ipswich, Sudbury, Stowmarket, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds and Glemsford area.
Part time, flexi hours available to suit your other commitments. We offer apprenticeships, NVQs.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in home care or care home settings
Ability to develop and implement care plans
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in IT for documentation and reporting
Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving
