Description

Join System C's evolution in healthcare technology as we lead the way in digital transformation and AI integration. We're seeking a proactive and tech-curious AI Coordinator to play a vital role in driving customer success through efficient upgrade scheduling and seamless AI feature rollout.

At System C, we develop and deliver digital solutions that make a difference to people's lives. This role is part of our enhanced upgrades team - ensuring customers benefit from the latest features, particularly those powered by AI. You'll be at the heart of our upgrade lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure changes are delivered smoothly and value is maximised.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scheduling of software upgrades and AI feature rollouts for customers.
  • Coordinate with Product and Data teams to align upgrade timelines with AI enhancements.
  • Support the enablement and onboarding of AI functionality across customer sites.
  • Identify customer groups best suited for early adoption of new AI-powered tools.
  • Serve as a key contact for customers during upgrade and AI onboarding phases.
  • Utilise AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive messaging) to enhance customer support.
  • Capture, analyse, and report customer feedback related to AI functionality and usability.
  • Coordinate the resolution of AI-related issues flagged during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Liaise with Clinical Safety teams to ensure compliance with AI-enabled features.
  • Maintain accurate records of upgrade activity and AI feature deployments.
  • Prepare internal and external reports on AI adoption and upgrade outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation for AI and upgrades.
  • Recommend improvements based on customer feedback and internal observations.
  • Stay informed of AI developments relevant to healthcare and digital support services.
  • Promote internal use of AI tools for triage, automation, and efficiency improvements.

Personal Profile:

We're looking for a forward-thinking and motivated individual with a genuine interest in how technology - especially AI - can improve the delivery of healthcare. You'll be naturally organised, confident working across multiple teams, and capable of seeing both the detail and the bigger picture.

You'll thrive in a role that requires collaboration, clear communication, and creative problem-solving. Whether you're coordinating timelines, supporting customers, or helping shape how we adopt and support new AI-powered tools, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership.

Join us and help shape the future of healthcare technology.
