A great opportunity is available for an experienced Machine Operative in the NG8 area. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, performing quality checks on finished products, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You’ll need to follow health and safety guidelines, lift heavy materials when needed and maintain a fast work pace. This is a temp-to-perm role with long-term potential for the right candidate.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
• Previous experience as a machine operative at least 6 months.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
This is a temp to perm role.
Monday to Friday starting at 07:00 and finishing at 16:00. Please bare in mind that the company does require you to be available for overtime on daily basis which could be working 06:00 - 18:00 and an occasional Saturday.
The pay is £12.21 per hour. Please not that we do not offer visa sponsorship.
