Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to recruit a flexible, enthusiastic and highly committed person to support the needs of our pupils in overcoming barriers to learning both inside and outside the school which will enable them to achieve their potential. We are an averaged sized primary school in Sefton (the number on roll is 168 pupils) and require a person with relevant experience.

The post holder will work in partnership with teachers, support staff and other agencies to address the needs of our children and their families and help them to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school. The Learning Mentor will provide support and guidance to children and families to enable them to have full access to educational and extended school opportunities and help them to achieve their full potential.
