What skills and experience we're looking for
The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a skilled, passionate technologist with a keen interest in customer service, for the role of IT Technician. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing remote and onsite support to customers, ideally within an education setting. They will be committed to ensuring that IT Services are safe, secure, and robust, whilst maintaining flexible, friendly and strong working relationships with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will join an established IT Service Hub, based at one of our Secondary academies.
Potential applicants should have:
• GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification, or willing to work towards.
• Experience of managing competing priorities and working to tight timescales.
