We’re looking for outstanding candidates who can provide leadership, guidance and direction, with an ability to not only assess but demonstrate outstanding teaching practice. You’ll have the skills to build a high performing team, motivating and challenging where necessary, and be able to forge and nurture partnerships for the benefit of the school.
The successful candidate will have a solid track record of driving forward with vigour and enthusiasm school improvement strategies to improve provision and outcomes. Working closely with the Trust, you will set the strategic direction of the school, develop plans for improvements and developments, and have the skills to engage with staff, pupils, Governors and the wider school community.
